    • The customer service specialist is responsible for handling the relation with the clients starting with initial inquiries, registration of the order and order fulfilment. He or she will also secure the communication with BZEN Service Partners and, where necessary, other bike shops for services to be provided under warranty. The person will be the point of contact between the clients and BZEN technical service for after sales repair.

      Your responsibilities

      Responsibilities:

      1. Secure outstanding service to the clients

      2. Handle all the customer complains

      3. Answer to all customer questions (via E-Mail,Phone or Social Media channels). Ad ex. Delivery, payment, return.

      4. Organize the communication with the Service Partners for warranty services (incl. delivery of spare parts, payments, returns)

      5. Organize the communication with BZEN technical service

      6. Track the warranty cost for the services provided outside BZEN.

      7. Maintenance of the CRM (Customer Relation Management Tool)

      8. Collect customer feedback to improve the functionality and quality of our bikes

      KPI:

      1. After sales service customer satisfaction

      2. Answering to clients within 24h except on WE.

      3. Quality of the information contained in the CRM

      4. Right information communicated to the after sale technical service

      Our requirements

      He or she is fluent in English and has good knowledge in German.

      He or she has some knowledge and a passion for e-bikes or bikes in general and/or is motivated to dive into and learn more about our bikes and technology.

      He or she can always keep a positive attitude and is a good communicator in every situation.

      He or she reports to the Customer Experience Manager.


      Full time job based in Legionowo near Warsaw Poland, with possibility of remote work.

      Our Customer Experience team works from Monday - Friday and the phone lines are open for the customers from 9:00-17:00.

      For a better understanding of our customers, you might occasionally visit bike fairs and our showrooms.
