      • Providing tactical human resources support to Line Managers on various human resources areas, including staffing, compensation, attrition, succession, and employee relations
      • Providing day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions) and share the HR knowledge by conducting regular trainings for management and employees
      • Driving HR initiatives around employee life cycle (e.g., Annual Salary Review, Exit Interviews, Onboarding Check-ins)
      • Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues, conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Working with the Senior Data Technicians, Scheme Events Leads and Scheme Event Manager to deliver requirements for Scheme Events and Projects (time scales, deliverables, quality, sign off) and to input into the planning process

      • Taking responsibility for the accuracy and quality of Scheme Events and Projects

      • Corresponding and building working relationships with clients and Capita colleagues

      • Identifying and reporting risks and breaches immediately to line management and/or the Operational Risk & Compliance Department

      • Regularly reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and controls and make suggestions to continually enhance service delivery, improve processes and reduce potential complaints and business risks

      • Identifying and reporting risks and breaches immediately to the Breach Specialists and Service Delivery Manager and to the Operational Risk & Compliance Department and ensuring the appropriate controls are in place to facilitate this

      • Adhering to Quality Management Systems and comply with pensions and FCA regulations and initiatives, for example, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

      What you’ll be doing:

      • Working with the Senior Data Technicians, Scheme Events Leads and Scheme Event Manager to deliver requirements for Scheme Events and Projects (time scales, deliverables, quality, sign off) and to input into the planning process

      • Taking responsibility for the accuracy and quality of Scheme Events and Projects

      • Corresponding and building working relationships with clients and Capita colleagues

      • Identifying and reporting risks and breaches immediately to line management and/or the Operational Risk & Compliance Department

      • Regularly reviewing the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and controls and make suggestions to continually enhance service delivery, improve processes and reduce potential complaints and business risks

      • Identifying and reporting risks and breaches immediately to the Breach Specialists and Service Delivery Manager and to the Operational Risk & Compliance Department and ensuring the appropriate controls are in place to facilitate this

      • Adhering to Quality Management Systems and comply with pensions and FCA regulations and initiatives, for example, Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)

      • Delivery of pro-active, customer oriented support for all aspects of the SAP Sales & Distribution module within the Capita Group, ensuring that all project developments are achieved within the scheduled project time deadlines
      • Working collaboratively with other function al teams to resolve issues or implement solutions, especially in the areas of Finance, Materials Management, Authorisations and Project Systems
      • Ensuring that all internal processes and controls are adopted (e.g. call handling, change management, etc.)
      • Assisting with the implementation and support for additional Business Units
      • Working with the Team Lead and other Consultant/s (Sales & Distribution team) to promote and implement best practices within area of responsibility
      • Continuous development of own IT knowledge & sharing of knowledge across team and function
