      • Supporting multi-channel B2C contact centre operations for one of our key clients
      • Ensuring each campaign is staffed appropriately, and dialler is set at optimum levels prior to scheduled campaign start times
      • Taking ownership of preparing MI reports across all areas of performance measurement
      • Being responsible for timely delivery of all periodic reports within agreed SLA
      • Analysing and reviewing campaign performance to seek for efficiencies and build short/mid/long time strategies
      • Cooperating with internal stakeholders to support them with key decisions around running operations
      • Providing analysis of dialling results, maintaining an environment of continuous and measurable improvement
      • Working closely with operations management in order to maximise e data usage by identifying and recommending opportunities to increase sales volumes and maximise revenue
      • Holding regular meetings with client reviewing performance of existing tasks and campaign Responsible for modelling advanced tools supporting senior stakeholders to make strategic
      • decisions for existing operations

      Wymagania

      Nasze wymagania

      • Minimum 1 year of experience in similar role, previous experience in contact centre environment would be an additional asset
      • Very good written and verbal skills in English allowing fluent communication on a daily basis
      • Advanced level of proficiency and experience in MS Excel, including pivot tables, formulas/functions, and charts
      • Logical thinking and analytical skills
      • Self-time management & organization skills with ability to prioritize daily tasks
      • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and deliver to set KPIs
      • Optional
      • Knowledge of VBA / SQL / Analytics tools would be a great asset
      • Amazon Quicksight knowledge will be an asset

      • To carry out daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly tasks, as described in service schedule and standard operating procedures.
      • To answer incoming calls from customers.
      • To communicate with the client (insurer) in complex cases.
      • Assisting in delivering a high quality and effective service to the clients (insurance company, policy holders, brokers, agents, distributors).
      • Dealing with standard administration requests within agreed service turnaround times.
      • To carry out work as directed by the Team Leader and Manager.
      • Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

      • Delivery of pro-active, customer oriented support for all aspects of the SAP Sales & Distribution module within the Capita Group, ensuring that all project developments are achieved within the scheduled project time deadlines
      • Working collaboratively with other function al teams to resolve issues or implement solutions, especially in the areas of Finance, Materials Management, Authorisations and Project Systems
      • Ensuring that all internal processes and controls are adopted (e.g. call handling, change management, etc.)
