• Lead Inventory Management for central service parts warehouses and coordinate replenishment with local country operations.
• Utilise SAP (ECC/S4HANA) extensively to manage stock levels, generate forecasts, analyse usage patterns, and maintain master data accuracy.
• Synchronise Supply and Demand by partnering with service, logistics, and procurement teams to balance availability and cost.
• Develop and Monitor KPIs to track fill rates, stock turns, slow-moving parts, and excess inventory levels.
• Support Service Level Targets while minimising obsolescence and working capital.
• Establish Standardised Processes across countries for stock transfers, safety stock logic, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct Regular SAP Audits to ensure system integrity and train teams on SAP inventory best practices.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with finance, IT, and service leadership to align inventory strategy with business goals.

• Degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or related field.
• Advanced SAP skills (IM, MM, SD modules; S/4HANA or ECC)—able to navigate, analyse, and troubleshoot.
• Expertise in Excel-based data analysis, with proficiency in complex formulas, Power Pivot, and Power Query for managing large datasets, as well as creating dashboards and data visualizations.
• Fluency in English required; other European languages a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, cross-cultural communication abilities, and experience in delivering clear, data-driven presentations.

• AR monitoring and support of collection process
• Follow up and communication with internal and external customers to ensure prompt and on-time payment of receivables and resolution to disputed open items
• Assessing credit risk and performing creditworthiness analysis of the customers to support decisions regarding credit limits
• Monitoring utilization of approved credit limits and preparation of business cases to support workflows to change them
• Making decisions about release of blocked orders
• Supporting customer service & sales teams covering whole Order to Cash process

• University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business
• 1-2 years of experience in Credit Control
• SAP knowledge (FI/CO)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and review the company’s monthly Actual group management accounts under US GAAP
• Lead the preparation process for the company’s annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Providing input to external consultants preparing financial statements
• Ensure comprehensive audit documentation and involvement in cooperation with auditors to enable timely submission of financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax computations and returns, VAT
• Supervise the internal control processes within the finance function
• Supervise and set credit limits for customers, including D&B checks and the interface with Group credit controllers & manage the process of monitoring and collecting receivables

Qualifications & Skills

• University Degree in Finance and Accounting
• 3 years of experience in Finance/Controlling
• SAP knowledge (FI/CO)
• Previous exposure to statutory financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
• US GAAP & SOX knowledge is an asset

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with the site General Manager and business departments to properly track and account for POC contracts.
• Manage and coordinate the delivery of financial management and support for RFQs, bids and tenders, and project costs and financials.
• Prepare high-quality financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations.
• Ensure comprehensive audit documentation and manage the cooperation with auditors to enable timely submission of financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax computations and returns, VAT, R&D Tax and payroll on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis as required.
• Supervise the internal control processes within the finance function.
• Supervise and set credit limits for customers, including D&B checks and the interface with Group credit controllers & manage the process of monitoring and collecting receivables.
• Manage a team of two direct reports, including goal settings, performance assessment and training

Qualifications & Skills required

• University Degree in Finance and Accounting
• 4+ years of experience in Finance/Controlling
• Knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP
• Knowledge of Percentage of Completion accounting
• Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting processes
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel (UK)
• BIG 4 audit background is an asset
