Required

Skills and experience

• At least 4 years of experience in managing web development projects for external, enterprise-sector clients
• At least B2 English
• Proven track record in successful delivery of complex IT projects with significant budgets
• Good understanding of web-projects technical complexity and ability to understand and communicate with technical teams
• Excellent customer and team management skills
• Very good leadership skills and proven ability to motivate a team

Competencies:

• Project Management methodology
• SCRUM
• JIRA / Confluence

Nice to have

• Agile certification (Scrum Master or Product Owner)
• Experience with requirements analysis and translating customer's wishes into concrete technical specifications.
• Experience working with remote teams based in various countries

Your future responsibilities:

• creating end-to-end designs for the digital products such as websites and mobile apps
• translating user needs and business objectives into sketches and mock-ups in accordance with the developed concept
• creating Prototypes to sell your ideas
• close cooperation with project managers, developers and clients in implementing designed products
• continuous monitoring of trends and developments in the UI market & sharing the best practices
• proactive new solutions proposing and ensuring implementation of changes to existing ones
• using Sketch as our main design tool
• cooperating with colleagues from Poland & Austria on a daily basis

What we expect from you:

• at least 4 years of relevant experience in projects for external customers
• up-to-date portfolio of your projects from the last 2 years (that you can proudly show us)
• strong UI-Design skills and UX principles that influences the UI-Design
• knowing and understanding the importance of a design-system
• knowing the importance of brandings and integrating them as a base of every UI-Design
• passion to details
• being a true team player but at the same time ability to work independently and know when to take the initiative
• good communication skills
• English on min. B2 level

You'll get bonus points if you are/ have knowledge and experience in:

• creating icons
• frontend development rules and specifics
• human behavior patterns
• an active member of design communities (Dribbble, Behance etc)
• JIRA
• Confluence

What will You do:

- write automated tests in corporate projects, mentor testers, and provide manual testing,

- teach manual testers how to automate their tests in a given framework,

- introduce good practices in automation and include them in the pipeline,

- join powers with PM, UX, and The Client to provide the scope of automated testing,

- influence on and participate in creating a Quality Assurance team.

You:

- are experienced in automated testing (preferably with CYPRESS),

- would like to share Your time between writing tests and mentoring testers on automation,

- like people, helping them out and guiding them,

- are experienced with CMS-based sites (i.e. Drupal, Sitecore, Kentico, Commercetools, AEM),

- have an understanding of pipeline and knowledge of configuring automated tests within them,

- enjoy introducing new knowledge and practices,

- head towards a role of the QA Lead.

You know that:

- automation and manual testing are two sides of the same coin,

- know of regression and visual testing (this one is nice to have),

- tests are to be maintained and You know how to do it,

- SDLC and pyramid of test and can elaborate on their pros and cons,

- good things require time – but You like (team) building them anyway,

- teaching can be fun.
