Zakres obowiązków

Develop new business through calls, meetings, referrals and networking.
Build lasting client relationships and understand their hiring needs.
Manage recruitment processes from the initial briefing to the candidate's offer and start date.
Be an active part of volume recruitment projects for international clients in the Business Services sector.
Source, interview and support candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Advise clients on talent availability, salary expectations and recruitment timelines.
Negotiate terms of cooperation and support candidate offer discussions.
Prepare market research, reports and client presentations in English.
Manage project priorities, maintain accurate records and work towards agreed business targets.
Collaborate with other teams and share knowledge and business opportunities.

Around two years of experience in a recruitment agency / consulting or Big4.
Fluent English for daily communication with international clients and candidates.
Strong communication skills and confidence in building relationships and approaching new clients.
A commercial mindset, initiative and motivation to achieve results.
Good organisation and the ability to manage several recruitment projects.
Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint to analyse data and prepare client materials.
A collaborative approach, openness to feedback and willingness to learn.
Fluency in both Polish and English, written and spoken, is essential.
