Zakres obowiązków

  • Plan, lead and oversee risk-based internal audits, reviews and special projects from scoping through reporting.
  • Supervise day-to-day audit fieldwork, ensuring high-quality documentation, testing and conclusions in line with IIA standards.
  • Coordinate allocation of audit resources and support delivery of the annual audit plan.
  • Drive the internal audit methodology, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage, coach and evaluate team members; provide ongoing feedback and support their development.
  • Use data analytics, automation and other technology tools to increase audit efficiency and insight.
  • Prepare clear, concise audit reports and discuss findings and recommendations with process owners and senior management.
  • Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with policies and regulations, as well as the efficiency of business processes.
  • Propose practical, value-adding recommendations for process improvement, cost optimization and risk mitigation.
  • Lead or support audits and projects related to investigations, post-acquisition integrations and other strategic initiatives.
  • Contribute to the annual risk assessment and development of the internal audit plan.
  • Liaise with the company's external auditors and support coordination of audit activities.
  • Stay up to date with changes in accounting standards, regulations, company policies and emerging enterprise risks.

Wymagania

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, CMA, CFE or an equivalent international qualification.
  • 5+ years' experience in audit, accounting or finance with increasing responsibility; public accounting / BIG4 experience required, multinational or listed company experience is a strong plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing or supervising a team (direct leadership preferred).
  • Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and operational / financial processes.
  • Comfortable working with data analytics, RPA or visualization tools (experience in this area will be an advantage).
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, high attention to detail and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across functions and levels.
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members at different seniority levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is essential.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic, international environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to approx. 25%).
