    • We are looking for a new member of the Sales team:

      Energetic, Well-mannered, Able to analyze the needs of the client and independently takes responsibility for the processes.

      Desire to work in international markets.

      Previous experience in the sector is considered a big advantage.

      The Poland Sales Manager defines the organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions and be working with the internal team, marketing staff, and other managers to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for their organization. To achieve this, they need to grow volume in existing markets and identify new market opportunities to grow the organization.

      Strategic planning is a key part of this job description. This requires a thorough knowledge of the markets, identify opportunities, and develop strategies and action plans whilst keeping abreast key competitors’ activities. The main duties can be summarized as follows:

      Your responsibilities

      • Determining the optimal route to market and identifying the key partners and customers who will implement it.
      • Searching for suppliers/market representatives/customers and concluding a business contract with them on behalf of the company
      • Providing information on the legal and fiscal framework related to the sale and marketing of the company's products in the assigned market(s)
      • Recruitment and management of additional employees according to the needs agreed in advance with the company
      • Development of assigned markets, launch plan including marketing and trade activation in coordination with the company's marketing and sales departments
      • Preparation, implementation and maintenance of the annual sales plan and budget
      • Regular reporting of progress on duties as well as events outside the normal course of business
      • Identify market opportunities, make recommendations, develop and execute business development action plans.
      • Using knowledge of markets and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators to develop our brands alongside other functional staff within and outside our organization.
      • Take the lead in finding potential new market opportunities and partnering to turn the organization into a business.

      Special requirements

      • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
      • Good communication skills with people.
      • At least 2 years of commercial/sales experience in the cosmetics industry in the relevant market
