      Your responsibilities

      What will you be responsible for?

      • Direct daily contact with third parties via phone call and Service Now ticketing tool
      • Transferring the accounting issues to responsible GBS stream for resolution
      • Working closely with internal GBS teams to resolve suppliers’ queries on time
      • Ensuring queries are resolved on time
      • Following up with accounting team and with the business to ensure complete resolution of vendor issues
      • Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support suppliers and GBS teams in their cooperation
      • Reposts preparation and ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Manager

      • At least 6 months of professional experience in customer service (nice to have)
      • Very good knowledge of Romanian (min. B2/C1)

      • Have 6 years of experience in various financial/accounting positions
      • Have 2-3 years of supervisory experience
      • Have University degree/ qualifications in Economy, Accountancy or Finance
      • Demonstrate proficiency in the domain of General Accounting and thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting
      • Have good knowledge of accounting controls

      Your responsibilities

      What will you be responsible for?

      • Coordination of the development
      • UAT and deployment of BOTs for the processes assigned to their pods
      • Reviewing documented process supplied by Business Analysts to ensure all requirements are met and the Automation tool can interact with any required applications
      • Distribution of workload to Automation Specialists (RPA)
      • Reviewing solution design, ensuring object re-use is adhered to by Automation Specialists and undertaking quality assurance on pod output
      • Mentoring Developers and up-skilling their pod where required
      • Escalation of issues that arise during automation project lifecycle
      • Supporting Developers during development of bots especially with complex processes and objects

      Our requirements

      What do we expect from you?

      • At least 1 year of experience in the RPA tools e.g. UiPath (preferred), BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE
      • At least 2 years of experience in any automation technology including RPA, VBA, SAP scripting etc.
      • Track record successfully leading small teams on automation projects
      • Experience in up-skilling the development capabilities in automation teams
      • Good English (at least B2)
      • Very good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a nontechnical audience
      • Very good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
      • The ability to work with a structured and methodical approach, combined with an enquiring mind

      • Coordination of the development
      • UAT and deployment of BOTs for the processes assigned to their pods
      • Reviewing documented process supplied by Business Analysts to ensure all requirements are met and the Automation tool can interact with any required applications

      Your responsibilities

      What will you be responsible for?

      • Daily invoice processing and helpdesk management
      • Verification of incoming PO and Non-PO invoices
      • Accurate booking of AP transactions (invoices)
      • Daily involvement/cooperation with other teams
      • Ensure timely and correct completion of AP tasks

      Our requirements

      What do we expect from you?

      • Accounting, Finance or Business-related Bachelor (Master’s degree would be an
      • advantage)
      • Accounts Payable experience
      • Good knowledge of English (B2)
      • SAP knowledge
      • Good communication skills
      • Good analytical skills
      • Team-work skills
      • Basic knowledge of MS Excel

      What will you be responsible for?

      • Daily contact with French-speaking clients and transferring the accounting issues to the Accounting Team
      • Direct e-mail and phone contact in French and English
      • Performing other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support clients

      Our requirements

      What do we expect from you?

      • At least 6 months of professional experience in customer service
      • Very good knowledge of French (min. B2/C1)
      • Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1)
      • Interest in accounting and finance area

      • Experience in AP processes would be an asset
