Senior Advanced Software Engineer (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Designing and implementing software for the LenelS2 OnGuard platform
• Participating in the full software development cycle
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment
• Supporting team members in their development
• Shaping the architecture and participating in building the strategy for further software development

Our requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development
• Very good knowledge of C++14 and above, SQL, REST API
• Knowledge of distributed systems and client-server architecture
• Experience with and willingness to leverage GenAI coding assistants (i.e. GitHub Copilot, OpenAI Codex)
• Good written and verbal English and Polish communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in developing distributed or high-performance systems
• Background in gathering or shaping requirements for the product
• Experience with any of the following: C++ 14 and beyond, C# (.NET Framework), Message Broker (e.g. RabbitMQ), Rust, Visual Studio
