Recquirements

Business Analysis:

• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (verbal communication);

• Completed Business Analysis courses;

• Strong theoretical knowledge of Business Analysis;

• Willingness to communicate extensively, ask questions, and dive into details;

• A desire to grow in Business Analysis and IT;

• Knowledge of SQL, software architecture, software development lifecycle, requirements management, UML, and web technologies (API, HTTP, REST, SOAP) will be an advantage;

• Experience in healthcare, finance (banking, insurance, accounting, auditing), consulting, or international law will be an advantage;

• German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.

Go Development:

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;

• Strong theoretical knowledge of the Go programming language;

• Knowledge of fundamental data structures;

• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles;

• Knowledge of relational databases;

• Understanding of testing fundamentals and experience writing unit tests;

• Knowledge of Git principles and experience with version control systems;

• Educational, pet, or test projects;

• Knowledge of REST API principles will be an advantage;

• Understanding of concurrency and multithreaded programming in Go will be an advantage;

• Technical background will be an advantage;

• German proficiency at Intermediate level or higher will be an advantage.

For both tracks:
