Zakres obowiązków

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in the polish retail sector.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.

Wymagania

A successful Key Account Manager should have:
  • Proven experience in sales or account management within the retail industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Knowledge of polish market trends and customer needs in the retail sector.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Willingness to travel to Schöneck and other locations as required.
