Zakres obowiązków

  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to the General Manager and leadership team in Poland.
  • Implement global HR initiatives, policies, and programs within the local organization.
  • Build and standardize HR processes from scratch (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, offboarding).
  • Develop and maintain local HR procedures, guidelines, and documentation compliant with local law and company standards.
  • Partner closely with managers to support organizational effectiveness, talent planning, and employee development.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to employees across all levels and functions.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and engaging working environment.
  • Coordinate HR operational activities such as payroll inputs, benefits administration, training coordination, and HR reporting.
  • Act as a change agent, helping the business navigate transformation and growth.
  • Drive initiatives related to culture, engagement, and employer branding.

Wymagania

  • Strong generalist background with experience covering all HR processes.
  • Ability to work independently and build structures in an environment with limited existing HR frameworks.
  • Proven experience in creating policies, procedures, and HR documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Polish labor law and HR best practices.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-changing environment.
  • English at a proficient level (daily collaboration with global teams).
