Join our team as a SENIOR TRADE COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST.

Zakres obowiązków
  • Coordinates all activities of the site cross-functional team required for maintaining and / or obtaining military design / production certifications
  • Ensures all internal documentation related to Internal Compliance Programs system (polish: WSK) and Concession of Ministry of Internal Affairs (polish: Koncesja MSWiA) is up to date
  • Serves as a primary point of contact within the Global Trade Organization for export transactions. Supports work Import/Export Specialists on trade compliance matters.  A primary point of contact for all export-related issues to promote compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) relating to the export of Company products, services, transfers of technical data, employment of foreign nationals and all other import/export licensing and compliance matters
  • Assists site leadership in the structuring export licensing strategy though the use of licenses and agreements for complex business models
  • Conducts and assigns internal export compliance audits and reviews within the business groups per established audit plan
  • Develops training materials and cadence for Company training on Trade Compliance topics
  • Works with business units and the Manager, Trade Compliance to determine appropriate jurisdiction and classification of products and technologies
  • Supervises the processing, approval and submission of applications for export/import licenses, commodity jurisdictions, advisory opinions, agreements
  • Application of EU dual use regulations to aerospace/ industrial products
Wymagania
  • BA/BS and related experience, or 8+ years equivalent experience
  • Legal background a plus
  • Minimum 8 + years equivalent experience with administering the export licensing program of a multinational company, including demonstrated ability to supervise
  • Experience in aerospace and defense industries a plus
  • Experience implementing Export Compliance Programs
  • Outstanding communication skills used to present new strategies and concepts, achieve consensus for change and deliver formal training
  • Computer and data analysis skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proactive, well organized and highly motivated

  • Processing and maintaining customer purchase orders, interfacing with customers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Responding to customer pricing requests per established price list.
  • Interacting with other departments as required (order status, delivery updates, warranty & quality).
  • Compiling and generating various customer/sales reports

Wymagania

Join our Quality Team as a Supplier Quality Engineer.

Zakres obowiązków
  • Execute Quality tools that apply to the product and suppliers assigned. Quality Engineering tools such as: auditing principals, PPAP, APQP, SPC, MSA, First Articles, PFMEA, calibration systems, etc. to understand and ultimately resolve issues in the supply base,
  • Apply understanding of the relevant product or customer specifications, flow down documents, procedures, engineering or process drawings and regulating agent body requirements that apply to the products and suppliers assigned,
  • Issues, monitors and maintains corrective action requests,
  • Works effectively with suppliers to resolve problems using Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) tools,
  • Analyze supplier performance data to determine continuous improvement opportunities to improve supplier performance,
  • Utilizes available data to establish schedules and perform required audits of assigned suppliers,
  • Maintains accurate and current supplier quality records, such as supplier audits, certifications, corrective action responses, and database screens,
  • Participate with the Sourcing team to select and manage assigned suppliers,
  • Travel to assigned suppliers, as necessary (domestic and international),
  • Executes established Advanced Quality Plan for assigned suppliers, based upon:
  1. Type and complexity of product being procured,
  2. Quality history of supplier,
  3. Requirements placed upon items,
  4. Level of supplier’s demonstrated process control,
  5. Participates in continuous improvement activities (internal/external).
Wymagania
  • Technical university degree,
  • 2 years of professional experience as supplier quality engineer, preferably in multinational environment,

  • Proficient at MS Office,
