      The Job is located in Portugal.

      For the trial period, you will have to use your personal computer.

      We ask the exclusive rights of your work.

      You will need to sign a confidentiality agreement.

      Contract condition: First contract 3 month (first month is of trial period) followed by 2 month contract.

      After that you got your yearly contract.

      The Politic is called BBB-CHALLENGE and it is about being free by improving responsibility behaviors and enjoying theories. It’s basically about DOING THE RIGHT THING.
      BBB-Manual is our first mindset manual dedicated to challenging people in Carriere.

      You will be acting according to different habits that will be tested to produce RESULTS.
      You will receive BBB-manual, training sessions and habits instructions that you should follow.
      Then you will be challenged with complex task in real projects to solve correctly and as fast as possible. The solutions will be tested in a real context for quality check.
      The way that the individual acts behind the task will be analyzed to determine if the BBB-manual is suitable and/or if you have the right personality for the exhibition.
      You must be prepared for early morning or/ and late nights since every real project is (Organic) irregular.
      Be ready to go beyond the limits and change your habits by constantly challenging your comfort zoon.
