Zakres obowiązków

  • Ensure that compensation and benefits policies and procedures are aligned with the overall HR strategy, corporate guidelines, business needs, market practices and applicable legislation
  • Monitor market trends, compensation and benefits practices, legal developments and prepare expert recommendations for senior management
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Prepare data and analyses for external compensation and benefits surveys and market reports
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and advisor to senior management, managers and HR Business Partners on compensation and benefits matters
  • Coordinate and take ownership of the annual salary review process
  • Maintain and regularly update the company's salary structure, ensuring alignment with market and corporate requirements
  • Design and implement changes to compensation and incentive systems
  • Manage job evaluation processes and maintain the company's job architecture and job library
  • Support organizational changes, including cost analysis, job evaluation, organizational structure updates and HR system data maintenance
  • Design, implement and continuously improve employee benefits programs
  • Cooperate with external benefits providers, including negotiations, service implementation and changes to existing offerings
  • Prepare regular HR metrics, management reports and analyses for senior management, regional HR and business leaders
  • Monitor HR indicators, identify trends and provide commentary on key drivers, implications and potential actions
  • Work closely with the regional C&B team on salary structures, annual salary review processes, data validation and regional compensation and benefits projects
  • Cooperate with Controlling/Finance on management reporting, provisions, compensation and benefits forecasts and data validation
  • Develop and update policies and regulations related to compensation and benefits
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment legislation and internal policies and procedures
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and business information

Wymagania

  • At least 5 years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably gained in an international organization
  • Solid experience in compensation and benefits processes, including salary structures, benchmarking, annual salary reviews and benefits
  • Experience in job evaluation and job architecture
  • Experience working with business stakeholders and senior management
  • Experience cooperating with external benefits providers
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation, particularly regulations related to compensation and employee benefits
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; VBA knowledge would be an advantage
  • Very good command of English (minimum B2) and the ability to work independently in an international environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify key conclusions and translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Experience preparing and delivering business presentations, including in English
  • Strong project coordination and change management skills
