Zakres obowiązków

End-to-end processing of supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal controls and SLAs
Execution of payment runs, supplier statement reconciliations and handling Delegation of Authority exceptions
Resolving invoice and payment queries with suppliers and internal stakeholders (UK market)
Daily bank postings and reconciliations, including clearing account management and payment exception handling
Supporting month-end close activities (journals, accruals, reconciliations) with proper documentation
Preparation and ownership of balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany balances
Investigation of variances, clearing reconciling items and escalation of unresolved issues
Preparation of statutory accounts, audit schedules and supporting documentation; responding to audit queries
Performing controls testing and ensuring compliance with internal control frameworks
Preparing analyses, schedules and variance commentary for management reporting
Validating financial data to ensure completeness and consistency across processes
Supporting ongoing accounting activities and follow-ups on open queries
Maintaining clear and compliant documentation and audit trails

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field
ACCA / CIMA studies in progress will be an advantage
2-4 years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable or similar roles
Experience in accounts payable or transactional finance (preferably within UK market or shared services environment)
Good understanding of standard operating procedures, SLAs and control frameworks
Exposure to month-end close, reconciliations, audits or statutory reporting
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
Communicative level of English enabling daily cooperation with international stakeholders
Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to process improvement
