Zakres obowiązków

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Poland, identifying opportunities in the business services sector
  • Actively acquire new B2B clients and manage the entire sales cycle - from prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct market research, monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights to the UK headquarters
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and strategic partners
  • Prepare commercial proposals, sales presentations and supporting materials
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product and operations teams in the UK to tailor and refine the service offering for the Polish market
  • Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports on pipeline, activities and results


Wymagania

  • min. 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or consulting, preferably in the business services sector
  • Experience working within international or cross-border teams is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of the Polish B2B services landscape - experience in outsourcing, consulting, HR, digital services or professional services is welcome
  • Proven ability to manage full sales cycles and build relationships with managerial and C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent command of English (B2/C1) - daily collaboration with the UK headquarters
  • High level of independence, proactiveness and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • An existing network of B2B contacts is a plus
