Zakres obowiązków

  • Full ownership of personnel administration (employment contracts, amendments, personnel files)
  • Managing onboarding and offboarding processes, including exit interviews
  • Administration of employee benefits and time & attendance records
  • Headcount planning, recruitment coordination, and workforce reporting
  • Supporting whistleblowing processes from an HR perspective
  • Cooperation with an external payroll provider and ensuring data accuracy
  • Oversight of payroll documentation and employee confirmations
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor law, tax, and social security regulations
  • End-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, screening, interviews)
  • Cooperation and negotiation with recruitment agencies
  • Employer branding initiatives on job portals and LinkedIn
  • Identifying training needs and building development strategies
  • Designing talent development, succession planning, and career paths
  • Evaluating training effectiveness and working with internal/external providers
  • Implementation and management of Performance Management Systems
  • Supporting managers through performance reviews, calibrations, and promotions
  • Co-creating compensation and benefits strategies
  • Supporting annual compensation review processes and benchmarking
  • HR budget planning, forecasting, and cost control
  • Local, regional, and global HR reporting in line with corporate standards
  • Support office administration activities as needed

Wymagania

  • University degree (HR, business, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR BP role
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Structured thinking, flexibility, and adaptability to change
  • High ethical standards and strong business orientation
  • Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking abilities
  • Assertiveness and solution-oriented mindset
  • Valid driving license (category B)
