Zakres obowiązków

  • Prepare, review, and submit tax filings (VAT, CIT) and regulatory reports in compliance with Polish tax laws, Polish GAAP, and IFRS.
  • Ensure full compliance with tax legislation and regulatory requirements; proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Maintain accurate tax records and documentation; support internal and external audits.
  • Prepare and verify documentation for tax calculations, reporting, and disclosures.
  • Liaise with external advisors, auditors, and authorities (including KNF) to resolve tax matters.
  • Drive process improvements, focusing on automation, efficiency, and best practices.


Wymagania

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tax compliance, accounting, or financial reporting within banking, financial services, or corporate sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations, including VAT, CIT, and regulatory reporting.
  • Experience working with KNF or other regulatory authorities is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Excel for data validation, reporting templates, and document management.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and accuracy in filings and documentation.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
