Zakres obowiązków

  • Acquire corporate clients for bond and/or short-term bridge loans.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate area.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients in the financial / real estate industry.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in property financing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised financing solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and reports to clients and management.
  • Lead and support bond placements to institutional investors.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Wymagania

A successful Business Development Director (Debt Financing) should have:
  • Proven expertise in debt financing and the financial services industry.
  • Several years of experience in banking, investment banking, or capital markets.
  • Strong understanding of property sector financing requirements.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and capitalise on business opportunities
  • Proven track record in acquiring corporate / real estate clients (developers, funds, listed companies)
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
