Your responsibilities

• Management of people within the team and their development
• Management of subordinate product brands on the domestic market
• Developing concepts for new product lines, products and packaging and optimizing the existing portfolio
• Preparation of marketing plans, implementation and responsibility for the calendar of activities
• Co-creation and implementation of advertising campaigns – cooperation with external agencies, media houses and graphic designers
• Ongoing market monitoring, analysis of consumer behavior and competitors' activities
• Market analysis in terms of consumer needs in order to develop the portfolio
• Initiating and supervising marketing research
• Planning and ongoing budget settlement
• Negotiating agency agreements within specific budgets
• Implementation of marketing research in cooperation with the Company's Head Office
• Preparing presentations for internal meetings and with clients

Our requirements

• Min 3 years of experience in a similar position in the marketing department in the FMCG industry
• Knowledge of English at a communicative level of at least B2 (constant contact with the Company's Head Office)
• Higher education – preferred majors are marketing, economics
• Experience in preparing ATL, BTL marketing strategies
• Experience in the development of new products and NPD categories
• Commitment, creativity, communication skills and highly developed negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking skills and openness to new, non-standard solutions
• Active driving license category "B" – readiness for business trips
