Zakres obowiązków

  • Lead and oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud platforms.
  • Develop and execute strategies for the ongoing scalability, security, and performance of infrastructure systems.
  • Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
  • Manage and mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT leaders, such as the Head of Security and the CTO, to align infrastructure operations with business objectives.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry best practices, implementing cutting-edge solutions where applicable.
  • Oversee vendor management, including negotiations, service level agreements, and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and manage the infrastructure department's budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource optimization.

Wymagania

  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Knowledge in the area of ​​IT security
  • Attitude and attention to detail
  • Experience in managing a team of network and infrastructure specialists and in managing technological infrastructure, IT networks or related areas, preferably supported by certificates.
  • Ability to manage projects related to the expansion, modernization or migration of infrastructure.
  • Flexibility and adaptability
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports and present key information from both a technical and business perspective
  • Ability to effectively manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers and identify savings.
