Global Strategist – CRE Strategic Planning and Experience

Your responsibilities

• Metroplan Creation: Develop comprehensive metro plans for locations in the pipeline, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and needs as a business
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with CRE, IBX Ops, and other stakeholders to gather input, analyze data, and generate scenarios that inform metro planning decisions
• Process Management: Establish and agree on processes to deliver metro plans, including ownership of various parts of the process
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect comprehensive data on all sites in the metro, including IBXs, and analyze this data in consultation with stakeholders to generate actionable insights
• Quarterly Portfolio Review: Own the QPR process including structuring in-session discussion and follow up and tracking of resulting actions or changes to strategy
• Pipeline Identification: Identify sites that will benefit from a metroplan in consultation with the CRE SLT
• Recommendation and Direction: Generate scenarios and recommend directions based on data analysis to optimize metro planning outcomes
• Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, highlighting project progress, challenges, and solutions.

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly and effectively
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify issues, analyze data, and develop innovative solutions
• Customer Orientation: Focus on understanding and meeting the needs of internal and external customers
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field preferred
• Experience: proven experience in corporate real estate, strategic planning, or portfolio strategy
• Skills: Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Excellent project management and organisational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
