  Your responsibilities

  • Develop Ringostat business in the territory of Poland.
  • Conduct effective online meetings with potential clients and partners on a daily basis.
  • Identify the true pains and needs of the clients' business and offer the best suitable solution.
  • Fully accompany the client until the first payment is done.
  • Attract big enterprise clients and partners according to a target list.
  • For the first time (up to 20 active clients) provide support to all clients in the Polish language and interact with the support team (in English) in Ukraine on complex issues.
  • Achieve sales and LTV targets.

  Our requirements

  Due to business development in Poland, we are looking for a sales specialist who:

  • Helps us to build sales in the region from scratch.
  • Knows how to find and establish contact with the "right" people (true decision-makers).
  • Provides easy implementation and fast results from Ringostat products for the client.
  • Provides such a level of customer service that we are being recommended.
  • Ready to constantly learn and improve skills, regardless of their previous experience.

  What do we want in return?

  • Experience in b2b sales for more than 1 year.
  • Ability and desire to communicate with people and help them. Client-oriented.
  • The ability to find information on Google, Facebook, and Linkedin quickly and on your own.
  • Understanding how a business works (from small to enterprise companies).
  • Experienced computer and cloud services user.
  • English (upper-intermediate or better).

  • Salary consisting of fixed part and bonuses based on sales results of each month. For the first 6 months, you will earn at least 4500 zloty/month (6000 after probation). After that, we expect you reach the salary of 8000-9000 zloty/month and more. Everything depends on your results.
