Finance and Controlling Manager
Your responsibilities
- Lead and develop the local Finance team
- Own Armacell Poland's Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
- Partner with Plant and Commercial Leadership to drive business performance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
- Deliver insights on profitability, costs, and business performance
- Evaluate CAPEX investments and business opportunities
- Prepare and file Armacell Poland's statutory accounts under local and IFRS GAAP
- Prepare and file Income Tax and VAT declarations
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, transfer pricing, and regulatory requirements
Our requirements
- Degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Business Administration
- Strong experience in Finance and Controlling within a manufacturing environment
- Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, tax regulations, and transfer pricing
- Proven leadership experience and people development skills
- Strong analytical, commercial, and strategic thinking skills
- Ability to challenge constructively and influence decision-making
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
