Machine operator

We are currently recruiting for a small company producing metal transport hooks.
It is not possible to conduct the recruitment process online. Every meeting takes place at the company.ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW:
Main duties and responsibilities:

- Operating bending machines.
- Product quality control.
- Fulfillment of production orders.
- Maintaining machines in good technical condition.
- Work in accordance with qualitative and quantitative requirements.
- Operation of measuring tools.
- Teamwork.
- Maintaining order at the workplace.

WYMAGANIA:

Criteria and requirements:

- English speaking
- Experience operating production machinery.
- Ability to work in a two-shift system.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Conscientiousness and commitment.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Vocational or technical education.
- Accuracy in completing orders.

OFERUJEMY:

Salary: 38 PLN gross / hour

- Overtime hours paid at 50% and 100% according to the Labor Code
- Bonuses based on work results
- Payment is always on time, once a month to the employee's bank account, on the 10th of each month (if the 10th is a weekend, payment is made on Friday or Monday).
- Insurance: according to the contract and Polish law.
- Accommodation: provided - free of charge, at the client's hotel on the premises of the work facility
- Transport: not needed
- Vacation: Paid according to Polish law,
- Work place: Roofed production hall
- Work clothes: Provided
- Work Permit: provided by employer (waiting time 6-8 weeks)

Work system:

- shifts: Monday - Friday
- 2 shifts only (morning & afternoon)
- 8 hours each day
- exceptionally, in case of increased production needs, also night shift + possible overtime during the day or on Saturdays
- Number of working hours: 168-172 hours month + possible overtimes (after implementation time)
