Zakres obowiązków

The firm is currently hiring Senior Associates across multiple practice areas. Depending on your expertise, you will join a specialised team while benefiting from a highly integrated, international working environment.

Available Practice AreasCorporate / M&A

Advising on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
Drafting and negotiating transaction documentation (SPA, SHA, JV agreements)
Managing due diligence and deal execution

Banking & Finance

Advising lenders and borrowers on financing transactions
Working on acquisition finance, real estate finance, and structured finance deals
Drafting and negotiating LMA-based documentation

Real Estate

Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and development projects
Structuring real estate investments and lease agreements
Supporting real estate financing matters

Energy & Infrastructure

Advising on renewable energy and infrastructure projects
Supporting project development and regulatory matters
Drafting project agreements and assisting with financing aspects

Competition / Antitrust

Advising on EU and Polish competition law
Preparing merger control filings and handling investigations
Supporting compliance programs and regulatory strategy

FMCG / Commercial

Advising blue-chip companies on commercial contracts and distribution
Supporting regulatory compliance (consumer, product law)
Drafting and negotiating supply, licensing, and marketing agreements

Wymagania

Qualified lawyer (adwokat / radca prawny), or eligible to qualify
5-8 years' post-qualification experience in at least one of the listed practice areas
Background gained at a reputable international or leading domestic law firm
Strong technical legal skills and commercial awareness
Experience working on cross-border matters
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Ability to manage transactions and supervise junior lawyers
