Zakres obowiązków

Support the development and enhancement of internal control activities across financial and operational processes.
Conduct testing of key controls as part of the SOX/ICFR program, ensuring controls are designed and functioning effectively.
Review and refine documentation such as process maps, key control descriptions, and RCMs to keep materials accurate and audit‑ready.
Partner with process owners to identify control gaps, propose improvements, and follow remediation actions through to completion.
Assist in maintaining a consistent internal controls methodology and drive standardization across the SSC.
Help coordinate documentation and evidence requests for auditors, ensuring high‑quality submissions and clear explanations.
Support periodic internal control certifications, reporting cycles, and readiness assessments.
Contribute to system and workflow improvements within AuditBoard and other relevant tools.
Participate in cross‑functional discussions to ensure new or changing processes are properly controlled.
Promote a culture of control awareness by educating stakeholders on best practices and control expectations.

Minimum 2 years of experience in Internal Controls, SOX/ICFR, Audit, or Risk Assurance (Big 4 background is a strong plus).
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Information Systems.
Fluent English is required for daily collaboration.
Solid understanding of SOX, internal control principles, and the COSO framework.
Detail‑oriented mindset and ease working with structured processes, deadlines, and documentation.
Certifications such as CPA/ACCA/CIMA, CIA, or CISA are welcome but not mandatory.
Working knowledge of ITGCs (Access, Change Management, IT Operations) is beneficial.
Experience with AuditBoard or Workday is a plus.
Familiarity with US GAAP or public‑company environments is advantageous.
Strong sense of responsibility, openness to feedback, and eagerness to learn.
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Ability to collaborate with international teams across time zones.
