IT Architect

Your responsibilities

• Contribute to documenting required system and infrastructure capabilities.
• Prepare and maintain architectural documentation (e.g., SDD, TRRD).
• Stay current with IT architecture and infrastructure trends.
• Identify opportunities to simplify systems, reduce cost, and improve performance.
• Participate in infrastructure and system design aligned with architectural standards.
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps for Core Banking systems.
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams to drive architecture implementation.
• Apply and ensure adherence to architectural principles and best practices.
• Participate in reviews of proposed solutions against strategy and architecture.
• Define and track key Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
• Support development and infrastructure teams in areas such as:
• Performance, scalability, and reliability
• Monitoring and diagnostics
• Platform engineering and automation

• Infrastructure and system architecture in complex IT environments
• Integration architecture and system interoperability
• High-availability systems and performance optimization
• Knowledge of IT operations and automation
• Background in financial systems or similar high-volume transactional environments is an advantage
• Messaging and integration: Kafka, IBM MQ
• Databases: Oracle (including Exadata, RAC)
• Container platforms: Kubernetes, Docker
• Operating systems: Linux (RedHat), Windows Server
• Monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, custom APM solutions)
• CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Git, Terraform, Ansible)
• Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., SAFe)

• Cloudera, Hadoop
• WebLogic, OSB
• Citrix NetScaler, F5
• Networking fundamentals (e.g., Cisco)
