Your responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate end-to-end onboarding for carriers, customizing journeys based on company size.
• Communicate effectively with partners via phone, email, and our platform, verifying company data and managing documents/integrations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to swiftly resolve any partner issues.
• Create, maintain, and update onboarding content, guides, and related documentation.
• Monitor onboarding progress, identify potential issues, and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
• Actively contribute to improving onboarding processes and establishing best practices within the team.

Our requirements

• Experience: experience in B2B support, logistics, or working with carriers.
• Language: fluent English and Italian.
• Tool Pro: familiarity with tools like CRM, Slack, Jira, Notion, Google Workspace; basic understanding of data formats (CSV) and integrations (APIs, automation tools).
• Soft skills: quick thinking, adaptability, and a hands-on, independent approach; strong communication skills and ability to build trust with partners; goal-driven, efficient, and well-organized — you handle multiple tasks with ease.
• Any additional language would be a great asset.
