Your responsibilities

• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team.
• Gathering and analysing business requirements through interviews and workshops.
• Transforming business ideas and problems into clear, actionable tasks for the development team.
• Supporting the management of the product backlog to ensure project progress and alignment with business goals.
• Prioritizing tasks based on business value and strategic priorities.
• Collaborating closely with developers, designers, and testers to build user-centric solutions.
• Ensuring clear communication of project goals, requirements, and expectations across the team.
• Reviewing progress, collecting feedback, and supporting continuous product improvement.
• Using data analysis to support planning and decision-making for future enhancements.

Our requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Experience working with JIRA (task and backlog management) and Confluence (documentation and collaboration).
• Experience conducting workshops, user story mapping, and impact mapping.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• Knowledge of version control practices and standard documentation formatting.
• Fluent German (mandatory – required for working with documentation and stakeholders).
• Fluent English (project working language).
• Polish language – preferred (the testing team operates primarily in Polish).
