Operations Specialist with French or Italian

For one of our clients, a global company that is part of the \\\"Big Four\\\" auditing company, we are seeking an Operations Specialist with proficiency in either Italian or French.

Your future responsibilities will include:
• Reviewing profiles and alerts prepared or updated by analysts in line with current guidelines, ensuring the maintenance of high-quality standards,
• Providing support and guidance to analysts (delivering training, assisting in workload prioritisation to meet targets, identifying and addressing systemic quality issues),
• Collecting and analysing documentation in accordance with requirements,
• Conducting research through both internal and external sources, analysing client data to create KYC profiles and assess AML risk ratings,
• Contributing to client projects both in Poland and internationally,
• Assisting the Team Leader with daily operational tasks.

We encourage you to apply if you have:
• A minimum of two years of experience in the fields of AML, KYC, TM, or FATCA,
• Proficiency in either French or Italian,
• Fluency in English,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• The ability to meet deadlines and achieve set targets,
• A university degree,
• The capacity to work independently in a project-oriented environment.
