      Your responsibilities

      Job summary


      As a Facilities & Workplaces Services Leader, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our Poznan office in a dynamic environment. You will join the Enterprise Real Estate & Facilities team, which consists of people based in different locations within the EMEA region. Your role includes managing one direct report.


      Key responsibilities:

      •Supporting company’s health and safety initiatives and working with the H&S manager

      •Contractors and vendors management: Oversee vendor management, review quotes, submit Purchase Orders, and review final invoices for processing promptly. Review contracts annually for cost and quality effectiveness.

      •Fleet management: planning, directing, managing, coordinating, and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, replacement, and disposal of approximately 25 fleet vehicles in Poland.

      •Environmental reporting

      •Budget management: support and manage the office budget and ensure that fiscal controls are followed, monthly financial reports are a true reflection of expenses incurred, invoices are approved and appropriately funded, and budgets are developed consistent with Company format, schedule, and content requirements. Forecasting the future spend and cost to be incurred based on the office needs

      Our requirements

      Minimum qualifications:

      •Basic knowledge of Health & Safety responsibilities for managing the office and willingness to obtain H&S certification.

      Your responsibilities

      In order to strengthen our EMEA Procurement Analytics Team, we are actively looking to fill a position of a Procurement Analyst in our organization. You will be joining a team of three other analytics specialists located in Poland and Czechia. You will be also a part of a broader Newell Brands EMEA Procurement Team located in several European countries.

      Your core responsibility will be to provide analytical support to the EMEA Procurement in the field of regular performance data collection from internal stakeholders and maintenance & development of our reporting tools and dashboards.

      Along with data reporting maintenance tasks, you will be also involved in support of deployment of SAP Ariba Digital Procurement modules across Newell companies in EMEA Region.


      Responsibilities:

      • Collaboration with internal stakeholders to collect and validate data regarding procurement performance (e.g., savings projects tracking, price variance tracking, spend management, etc.)

      • Maintenance and further development of data reporting tools and dashboards in Microsoft Excel and PowerBI

      As a Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for close cooperation with payroll vendor to support payroll calculation for our employees in multiple countries. You will be part of a 4-member HR team based in Poznan.


      Key responsibilities:


      •Collaborate closely with the payroll vendor to deliver an accurate and compliant payroll for our team members and retirees in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland;

      •Proven experience as payroll specialist, minimum of 5 years’ experience in payroll delivery,

      •Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field in Poland,

      •Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).

      The Market Development Manager (MDM) is the local representative and “ambassador” for the Newell Home Segment across assigned categories and geographies.

      Job Duties:

      • Closely work with the Director, EMEA Home Distributors to scope future core and innovative growth opportunities, including how to best optimise assigned markets, brand and channel positions, and to drive Newell Brands Home Segment growth within them.

      • Work with internal and distributor partners, defining clear trade channel strategies and below-the-line plans, that, while taking-into-account, all challenges, and opportunities, maximising the potential present in both developed and developing trade environments.

Co-ordinate the transfer of ideas and best practice, being an advocate for assigned market partners internally within NB Home Segment Region and Global teams.

      • Act as the central point of reference regarding assigned markets, ensuring that the plans and needs of this market are known and integrated across the Home Segment business unit, and that key stakeholders are engaged at an early stage in regard to matters which may affect them or about which they will need to make investment decisions.

      • Business Administration degree (international development an asset), MBA preferred.
