    Your responsibilities

    • You lead a team of six engaged limangos across our both locations in Germany and Poland
    • Together with your team your are responsible to implement, develop and maintain automated customer communication for existing and churned customers in 3 markets (Germany, Netherlands and Poland)
    • You constantly develop the multichannel customer communication (App, Webshop, Newsletter, Push Notfication, etc.) and take responsibility for the customer lifecycle development
    • You are also in charge of our customer loyalty program
    • You also always have an eye on the numbers and KPIs: you prepare and request reports and analyses to improve customer communication

    Our requirements

    • You are a CRM expert with experience in leading a team and broad experience in e-commerce
    • You have a degree in marketing, business administration, communications or similar and sound knowledge of customer engagement platforms (e.g. emarsys, Salesforce)
    • You like to actively do operative work together with the team
    • You are fluent in English
    • You’re an analytical as well as creative and well-structured person

    Your responsibilities

    You are responsible for our new members in the Polish market and accompany them on their way from registration to their first and second purchase. You will define the customer communication for new customers and you will send our Polish customers on inspiring journeys.
    You can expect an exciting mix of tasks combining creativity and data:

    • You are responsible for automated customer journeys focusing on new customers
    • You analyze our customer base and define segments and suitable KPIs for your journeys
    • You create customer communications across all touchpoints (newsletter, app, shop) and implement them throughout entire customer lifecycle via our customer engagement platform emarsys
    • Together with our graphics team, you bring your vision to life and design automated journeys for your target groups
    • You always have an eye on the success of your campaigns, prefer to derive further measures and potential from figures and constantly develop your strategy by using A/B tests
    • Based on a given budget, you will plan and implement incentives, analyze and report your measures and customer journeys and ensure that you achieve your defined goals

    Our requirements

    • You have a degree in marketing, business administration, communications or similar and have already gained 1-3 years of experience as a CRM Marketing Specialist in eCommerce
    • You are passionate about customer communication and eCommerce and enjoy storytelling
    • You have already gained experience with customer engagement platforms (e.g. emarsys, Salesforce)
    • You are analytical and able to grasp new and complex ideas very quickly
    • You love deriving new measures from data and analyze the customer base in order to detect new potentials and ideas
    • You have very good MS Office skills, are familiar with reporting tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) and a very good command of English

    Your responsibilities

    • You are responsible for your own target group (Persona NoKids for limango Polska) & its KPIs development
    • You continuously improve the customer communication via the newsletter and push notifications as well as the in-app and in-shop communication

    Your responsibilities

    • Planning, coordination and sales of our shop campaigns in the German shop (outlet products and marketplace)
    • Close contact with Category Managers, CRM, and other interfaces
    • Daily tasks contain: planning, coordinating and incorporating shop campaigns to sales planning for all limango Group countries with particular reference to Germany; the allocation of accountable commitment for each shop campaign; the exchange with Category Managers and CRM about the stock offer, pricing, content and communication of campaigns; the monitoring and analysis of the performance of campaigns
    • Development of sales in the country and strive for the best possible success and generating of ideas for new solutions related to the promotion of product groups on the website
    • Support local sales with knowledge of seasonality, trends, brands and market specifics
    • Optimization of navigation & categorization in shop channel for all limango Group countries

    Our requirements

    • Fluency in German (B2), very good knowledge of English (C1) (work in international environment)

    • Higher education, preferably with economics profile

    Your responsibilities

    As a Customer Service Workforce Analyst in the fast-growing Group Customer Service department that serves the German, Austrian, Dutch and Polish markets, you will be responsible for forecasting, creating and adjusting employee schedules to serve limango customers' requests at the highest possible level. You will also be responsible for analyzing operational KPIs and agents performance and implementing improvements in processes, ways of working and tools.
    In your role you will report to the Head of Group Customer Service.
    
    Your concrete tasks are:

    • Planning, monitoring, and managing the working time of teams
    • Arranging schedules based on team preferences and responding to changes (e.g., number of customer contacts) to meet target KPIs (SLA)
    • Create and update staffing and occupancy forecasts at any given time, including collecting, reviewing, and correcting data that can be used for short, medium, and long-term forecasting
    • Create, maintain and improve reports using Excel and other tools (e.g. Tableau)
    • Analyzing performance, operational metrics, looking for correlations between them and initiating changes and improvements in processes, ways of working and tools
    • Reporting of planning information to key stakeholders
    • Supporting Team leaders and People department in recruitment processes

    Our requirements

    • With a strong analytical mind, you're able to quickly understand and face challenges that are not lacking in limango. You're a team player and not afraid to trying out new things. What you should also come with:
    • Experience in managing team working hours and using WFM tools
    • Minimum one year experience in a call center environment
    • Good knowledge of ACD, IVR and EMRS systems
    • Very good knowledge of Excel and developed analytical skills (a must)
    • English on min. B2/C1 level (a must)
    • Independence in performance of assigned tasks and organization of own work
