You will be responsible for:

Conducting business reviews monitoring customer satisfaction with the company’s products and services
Ensuring customer satisfaction by cooperation with internal departments and examination of company’s performance
Building and maintaining good relationships with clients and key personnel within customer organizations
Informing customers about other offers of the company
Working within CRM system

Requirements:

At least 2-year experience asa Client Relationship/ Client
Experience Specialist
English language at C1 level and nativeKorean
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Customer-oriented attitude
Good computer skills
