Twój zakres obowiązków

• Plan and coordinate international logistics projects across IDEAL AUTOMOTIVE production plants.
• Design, implement and optimize logistics processes and material flows.
• Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities and develop practical solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Develop logistics concepts for new and ongoing production projects.
• Coordinate project activities with logistics, production and other relevant teams across countries.
• Monitor project timelines, track progress and ensure delivery against agreed objectives.
• Support the standardization of logistics processes and the implementation of best practices across production plants.

Nasze wymagania

• Experience in production logistics, logistics process planning or project management.
• A sound understanding of logistics processes and material flows in a manufacturing environment.
• The ability to independently plan, coordinate and deliver projects.
• Good knowledge of both English and German, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel for approximately 70% of working time, with a strong interest in working directly with teams at different production sites.
• Strong organizational skills, a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across functions and countries.
• Experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of Polish or Czech.
• Experience in delivering international logistics projects.
• Familiarity with Lean Management and other methods and tools for logistics process improvement.
