Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer (SQE / SQA) (m/f)

Twój zakres obowiązków

• Coordination, evaluation and release of first part samples (PPAP) including e.g. material test reports, IMDS, measurement reports, SPC and MSA for internal and external suppliers; executing sampling up to Note 1 status within the required deadlines.
• Coordination and moderation of supplier-related complaints within pre-series phase, including requiring and definition of measures and tracking of the effectiveness with the supplier and internal process owners.
• Supplier evaluation, classification and qualification of suppliers.
• Supporting project maturity assessments (VDA RGA).
• Performing process runs (2TP) at suppliers.
• Performing of external- and supporting internal audits as well as the development of the quality management system related to supplier management topics.
• Initiating problem solving processes, monitoring and updating the quality activities and training of the employes in a structured way.
• Support and preparation of sampling documentation for supplier-related topics with the Quality Planning- and Project Team.
• Planning and updating customer-related certifications (e.g., CCAP, ISO, etc.).
• Cooperation with purchasing, development, Quality planning and project management for supplier risk-evaluations, change management and escalations.

Nasze wymagania

• Technical education or professional experience in quality management within the automotive industry,
• Knowledge of the respective quality methods and tools (APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, PLP),
• Very good command of English or German (mandatory).
