Zakres obowiązków

Managing international VAT compliance and supporting cross-border transactions.
Handling withholding tax (WHT) matters, including tax analysis and documentation.
Supporting the implementation and ongoing development of JPK and CIT reporting processes.
Managing and supporting the implementation and ongoing maintenance of KSeF processes.
Monitoring changes in Polish and international tax regulations and ensuring compliance.
Preparing tax calculations, reconciliations and statutory tax reports.
Cooperating with external tax advisors, auditors and tax authorities.
Working closely with the Accounting and Finance teams to ensure correct tax treatment of transactions.
Reviewing accounting entries and investigating complex accounting transactions to ensure accurate tax reporting.
Participating in tax and finance process improvements, ERP enhancements and automation initiatives.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Tax.
Experience in corporate taxation, accounting or tax advisory.
Practical knowledge of VAT, CIT and WHT regulations.
Experience with international tax issues will be a strong advantage.
Good understanding of accounting principles and willingness to analyse accounting postings and investigate accounting records.
Experience in managing or supporting KSeF implementation will be a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Civil Taxation and NBP reporting will be considered an asset.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Good command of English (minimum B2).
Analytical mindset, attention to detail and proactive approach to problem solving.
