Twoje zadania

Your tasks:

- oversee and manage kitting operations supporting assembly and other work centers,
- ensure kitting accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery to production,
- lead the cycle count program and maintain inventory accuracy,
- oversee receiving goods and ensure timely and accurate processing,
- establish, document, and maintain warehouse processes and procedures,
- coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to resolve material flow issues,
- maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards,
- train and mentor warehouse personnel,
- support a positive workplace culture aligned with company values,
- perform other related duties as assigned.

Twoje kwalifikacje

Our requirements:

- a high school diploma or equivalent required, additional training in warehouse operations is preferred,
- at least 3 years of warehouse or material-handling experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, leadership experience preferred,
- strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management,
- organizational skills with strong prioritization abilities,
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,
- ability to work independently and within a team,
- proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office.
