Twoje zadania

Your tasks:

- identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to meet production and operational requirements,
- negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and improve supplier performance,
- establish and maintain strong supplier relationships, monitor performance, and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or cost,
- collaborate with production planning and operations teams to ensure appropriate inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess stock,
- identify and implement strategies to enhance procurement efficiency, reduce costs, and improve supply chain processes,
- ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards,
- analyze purchasing trends, supplier performance, and cost data to drive informed decision-making.

Twoje kwalifikacje

Our requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment,
- excellent communication and relationship-building abilities,
- ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment,
- strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract negotiation, and supplier management,
- familiarity with materials used in manufacturing, particularly for high-performance industrial products like air-cooled heat exchangers,
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite,
- ability to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications,
- experience with imports and customs clearance,
- experience with cost management, budgeting, and inventory control,
- knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
