Zakres obowiązków

Manage service requests from internal teams and partners to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests
Monitor and respond to security alerts and incidents across global IT systems
Investigate security events to assess scope, impact, and root causes
Work with Security Operations to evaluate alert severity and prioritize actions
Execute incident response activities, including containment, remediation, and recovery
Maintain clear documentation of all incident response actions for analysis and improvement
Communicate with stakeholders throughout incidents, providing updates and involving them in decisions
Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to strengthen organizational security posture

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure: hardware, software, networking, cloud
Experience with ITMS workflows and customer-focused delivery
Ability to integrate multiple technologies into cohesive solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, CIS, SOX, ISO 27001)
5-10 years of experience with security tools (e.g., SentinelOne, Microsoft Suite, Rapid7, ServiceNow, Google SecOps)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender and Purview
Good understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux
Experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and software solutions
Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
Excellent time management and prioritization
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
