The ServiceNow team at Sonova is a small global team responsible for developing and governing the company’s ServiceNow platform, supporting around 2,000 users worldwide.


Working in a lean setup with a Product Owner and Developers, the team owns platform architecture, standards, and roadmap while partnering with external vendors for larger initiatives. The environment is ITSM-focused (CMDB, Asset Management, integrations) with a structured DEV–TEST–PROD model and regular upgrades, offering strong ownership and real impact on the platform’s evolution

Service Now Analyst / Developer


Your responsibilities

  • Configure and implement ITSM modules in collaboration with Global IT Service and Application Managers
  • Design and maintain ServiceNow workflows, automations, catalog items, and platform configurations
  • Manage ACLs, scripts, business rules, and day-to-day platform administration
  • Support users and coordinate with support teams and external partners
  • Participate in CAB and ensure security, compliance, and license planning
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements, maintenance, and ServiceNow projects

Our requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience (ITIL certification is a plus)
  • Solid experience with the ServiceNow platform and integrations (e.g., Jira, SAP)
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes, Configuration management Database, DR, SLA and infrastructure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high quality standards
  • Able to prioritize effectively, work independently, and show resilience
  • Service-oriented, reliable, and collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in Agile project environments
  • Good command of Microsoft 365 and Windows
  • Strong written and spoken English
