Role: IT Support Engineer
Location: Gdansk, Poland, Jelitkowska 149
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Full-time without backup
Languages required: Fluent English & Polish (C1 Level)




Main responsibilities

Monitor and manage tickets in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow), plan and execute onsite interventions
Replace IT devices and peripherals (laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers, etc.)
Set up and configure equipment (laptops, desktops, smartphones, printers)
Manage meeting rooms and conference room systems, including Microsoft Teams equipment
Manage local IT stock and alert the ITS Site Leader when thresholds are reached
Update ServiceNow CMDB as required
Support IT aspects of special events (seminars, trainings, communication events, etc.)
