Zakres obowiązków

  • Coordination of budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Preparation of management reports supporting decision-making, with a focus on profitability, cash flow, and cost control
  • Supporting management through ad hoc analyses and recommendations related to performance, risks, and business opportunities
  • Participation in financial audits, risk analysis, and cash flow control
  • Analysis of variances between plan and actual results and preparation of management commentary
  • Support for CAPEX analyses and investment recommendations
  • Collaboration with various departments across the organization and with Corporate

Wymagania

  • Min. 3 years of experience in financial controlling; previous accounting experience is a plus
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • Experience in an international environment is a plus
  • Strong skills in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Ability to analyze profitability, costs, cash flow, and working capital
  • Experience in process improvement, implementing controls, and supporting business decisions
  • SAP knowledge is welcome
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into actionable insights
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration experience
  • Open to digital transformation, automation, and process optimization
  • Advanced command of English and Polish
