Zakres obowiązków

  • End-to-End Recruitment:\n\nLead the entire recruitment lifecycle — from intake meetings and job postings to screening, interviews, offers, and pre-boarding coordination
  • Partnership with Hiring Managers:\n\nCollaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, build sourcing strategies, and guide selection decisions
  • Candidate Experience:\n\nEnsure an engaging, transparent, and timely candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Data Accuracy & Compliance:\n\nMaintain accurate records in ATS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ensure full documentation compliance
  • Reporting & Stakeholder Updates:\n\nProvide regular recruitment updates and reports to the TA Team Lead and business stakeholders
  • Employer Branding Support:\n\nContribute to employer branding activities such as job fairs, online campaigns, and talent community engagement
  • Continuous Improvement\n\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and participate in TA projects to enhance efficiency and quality
  • Policy Adherence:\n\nEnsure compliance with internal policies and local labor market regulations in all recruitment activities

Wymagania

  • Recruitment Expertise:\n\n3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in SSC/GBS or multinational environments
  • Strong Business Partnership:\n\nProven ability to work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners as a trusted advisor
  • System & Tool Proficiency:\n\tFamiliarity with ATS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), sourcing tools, and job boards\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office, ServiceNow, and social media sourcing (LinkedIn, job boards)
  • Communication & Mindset:\n\nFluent in English (additional languages are an asset)\n\tFluent in Swedish (additional languages are an asset)\n\tStrong interpersonal skills with a consultative and customer-focused approach
  • Process & Data Orientation:\n\nAttention to detail and ability to manage multiple open requisitions efficiently
  • Compliance Awareness:\n\nUnderstanding of employment legislation relevant to recruitment and hiring practices
