Zakres obowiązków

  • Collaborates with the Management Board in developing and implementing the company's HR strategy.
  • Ensures alignment of HR processes with the company's business objectives.
  • Supports the achievement of key operational and development goals.
  • Manages and supervises a team.
  • Improves and streamlines HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.
  • Ensures accuracy, compliance, and completeness of HR documentation, contracts, and internal regulations.
  • Identifies opportunities for automation and digitalization of HR processes and implements appropriate IT tools.
  • Designs and implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Promotes company values and a culture based on collaboration and continuous development.
  • Supports effective internal communication within the organization.
  • Develops analytical tools that support human capital management.
  • Implements and optimizes HR systems (HRM, ATS) and ensures effective reporting of HR KPIs.

Wymagania

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven experience in the retail sector or within a dispersed organizational structure.
  • Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR/payroll processes.
  • Experience in designing and implementing HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, motivation).
  • Familiarity with modern HR technologies (ATS, HRM systems, HR analytics tools).
  • Ability to connect business strategy with operational HR activities.
  • Proactive approach and initiative in proposing innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical thinking and focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to build relationships and effectively implement organizational change.
