Zakres obowiązków

Collaborates with the Management Board in developing and implementing the company's HR strategy.

Ensures alignment of HR processes with the company's business objectives.

Supports the achievement of key operational and development goals.

Manages and supervises a team.

Improves and streamlines HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, and onboarding.

Ensures accuracy, compliance, and completeness of HR documentation, contracts, and internal regulations.

Identifies opportunities for automation and digitalization of HR processes and implements appropriate IT tools.

Designs and implements initiatives to enhance employee engagement.

Promotes company values and a culture based on collaboration and continuous development.

Supports effective internal communication within the organization.

Develops analytical tools that support human capital management.

Implements and optimizes HR systems (HRM, ATS) and ensures effective reporting of HR KPIs.
Wymagania
-
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Proven experience in the retail sector or within a dispersed organizational structure.

Excellent knowledge of labor law and HR/payroll processes.

Experience in designing and implementing HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, development, motivation).

Familiarity with modern HR technologies (ATS, HRM systems, HR analytics tools).

Ability to connect business strategy with operational HR activities.

Proactive approach and initiative in proposing innovative solutions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
-
Strong analytical thinking and focus on measurable outcomes.

Ability to build relationships and effectively implement organizational change.
