Twój zakres obowiązków

• Implementation of a business strategy in the field of human resource Management.
• Consistently recruiting excellent staff and maintaining a smooth onboarding process.
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Planning and implementation of the budget of the personnel department.
• Creating clear and concise reports, analysis and statements for internal and external needs.
• Monitoring market trends and improving processes in the HR area.
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures.
• Analyzes wage and salary reports and data to determine competitive compensation plan.
• Providing a plan for the allocation of human resources in the company, coordination of personnel between different departments.
• Setting and adhearing to company values and mission.

Nasze wymagania

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ post graduate experience in similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of employment –related laws and regulations and HR best practices.
• Strong command of English&Polish Language.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
• Independence in action and the ability to organize work very well.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with local labor and tax law.
• Ability to calculate labor wages independently and develop an effective human management plan.
• Experience in running HR in a 200-person company.
