Zakres obowiązków

Develop and implement material flow strategies across the supply chain - from suppliers, through production plants, to end customers.
Oversee material requirements planning and scheduling to ensure continuous production flow.
Manage inventory levels of components and finished goods in line with lean manufacturing principles.
Minimize the risk of excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring proper stock rotation.
Coordinate inbound logistics and internal transportation between production sites.
Supervise shipping and receiving processes, cycle and physical inventory counts, and ensure system accuracy.
Collaborate with production, purchasing, and quality departments to ensure timely material availability.
Manage packaging strategy - selecting and optimizing containers, ensuring their availability and proper condition.
Implement and monitor compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001).
Optimize logistics costs (including cooperation with third-party providers) and drive continuous improvement in material handling processes.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Logistics Manager in a manufacturing company - automotive industry preferred.
Experience working with materials management systems (MAPICS, MRP, XPPS) and knowledge of best practices in materials management.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents as well as procedures related to safety, quality, and operations.
Experience and well-developed skills in team management - ability to build engagement, enforce goals, and support employee development.
Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO/TS 16949) and environmental systems (ISO 14001) procedures is an advantage.
Good communication skills, independence, and strong organizational abilities.
Communicative English proficiency at a minimum B2/C1 level - enabling smooth work with documentation and communication in an international environment.
