Proven track record in nearshoring, transitions, and greenfield shared services setups
Strategic and detail-oriented, with ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Fluent in English; German proficiency is an asset
Degree in Finance/Accounting; ACCA or equivalent certifications preferred
Proficient in Salesforce, NetSuite, and Excel
