Zakres obowiązków

Play a key role in future deployments and potentially take ownership of a particular HR system module.
Participate in the implementation and expansion of HR IT systems across the organization.
Take part in preparing manuals and instructional resources to support end users.
Deliver guidance and assistance to HR staff and broader employee groups through trainings and ad hoc support.
Help maintain and improve system settings, testing scenarios, and configurations within tools like SAP SuccessFactors (e.g. Learning, Performance, Employee Central, Talent, Recruitment, and Analytics).
Offer assistance with ongoing maintenance tasks related to system upgrades and scheduled releases.
Respond to user queries and technical concerns related to HR platforms, ensuring smooth system operation and resolving any functional issues.

Prior exposure to one or two SAP SuccessFactors areas (such as Core HR, Recruitment, Learning, Performance & Goals, or Analytics)
Comfortable working in a digital environment, with a strong curiosity for IT tools and eagerness to explore new HR technologies.
Motivated to develop technical knowledge further and deepen expertise in system-related topics.
Background in Information Technology or related fields (having SAP SuccessFactors accreditations would be advantageous).
Knowledge of integrating systems and data flows across platforms is considered beneficial.
Familiarity with on-premise SAP HCM (such as Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time, or Payroll) and how it connects with SAP SuccessFactors will be a strong asset.
